Refunds & Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchases! However if for some reason you do change your mind please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by the customer. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase. 

If a product is damaged on receipt please contact us at pegandfox@gmail.com and we can either provide a full refund or exchange. In the instance of a damaged item Peg & Fox will cover the cost of standard shipping via courier or Australia Post. 

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Please note - if shipping an item back to us consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
